How do you adjust the tension on 1200N shocks on 224sl Wolff bed? Also what is the easiest way to change them?

The problem nowadays is stupidity. Why don't we just take
the safety labels off everything and see what happens?

Din is right, you replace them.
Have someone hold the top ( canopy ) up, if you look at the end of the shock where it fasten's to the bed you will see a black plastic cap. On that cap, there is a black button that pushes in on the outside, you will see some notches around that ring. Pry that ring off and then with the other person holding up the top firmly, pry the end of the shock from the ball stud on the bed.
Do the same thing on the bottom and then on the other end of the bed.
Don't just replace one shock, replace both of them. Make sure the fat part of the shock goes towards the top of the bed when re-installing..
LEAVE THE TOP UP AT NIGHTS.......
Also, make sure the ball stud is screwed tight in the bed....

Thanks for the offer of a visual, but I think I'll pass.It gave me a laugh on such a hectic tanning day though.Replaced shocks & they work great.I was trying to get by a couple more days by adjusting them but it didn't work.Didn't have a spare pair on hand like good salon owners are supposed to do.
