|  Help!! problems with suntouch I changed the bed names this morning to correspond with the names that we call them and everything is messed up now!! I put a client in a bed in their package and it comes up saying a surcharge is owned. And when going to appts. it is showing way more beds than I have. Can anyone help??? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i CAN'T GET AHOLD OF SUNTOUCH SUPPORT

Click on that until you see re-draw screen, have suntouch redraw the screen and then restart. You will need to go into your settings and delete the beds in the bed. I hope that helps. |
