| Hi Everyone, I'm new to this forum and new to tanning for that matter (by marraige ) Anyway we have a Wolff bed that I'm trying to intall a Questar Database on and I've got a few questions cause it's not working properly.First off the junction box for the timing wiring harness from the bed only has two leads on it. My wiring harness from the bed has the four (Two Hot, One Nuetral, and one Ground) I was told to just connect the "hot wires" to the leads with no specific order. First in this correct? If it is, then is there an order they need to be in? When we got the bed plugged in for the first time, the light came on for the emergency shut off on the actual bed and then the light came on for the start box of the timer. When we hit the start button the bed never started, but the database started timing down. After running it's course the light never re-lit on the start box and I still don't have the bed up and running. I've restarted the database and unplugged the bed. I also know my power is getting to the bed! Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks a Million! Brian |

(and your insurance will NOT bail you out, if they find out you didn't have your equipment professionally installed..) my 2c ![]() |
