Manager duties - TanToday - Helping Salon Owners, One At A Time, Since 2000!

Does anyone have a manager's job description that they don't mind sharing. I have an idea of what I want my manager to do, but am having a hard time getting it down on paper. Also would you mind sharing the compensation with me? I am new to the site but have been looking at the postings for quite sometime and you all seem very willing to help each other which I love. Thanks in advance for your help.

Be very careful of job descriptions. Once given an employee will refer to it regularly to say "Thats not in my job description"

Yeah, Managers are required to take care of any an everything that comes to mind. Except spending my money (without permission)... lol
