Default Fst 600

Hi Guys
I am trying to hook up a FST 600 system to 3 beds for a friend.
I have 1 machine communicating and working. the other 2 are getting the signal but not starting the beds. if i jump the cable from the bed the machine starts.

I have changed cables and room switches but still no go.
the cables are standard phone cables that i was told would work.

Look forward to your help

Phil..

Do the switchplates you have use a relay or a triac?

If it is a triac, they only trigger AC relay coils so you will need to wire in a AC relay in between the bed and wall switch.

Would those beds not working be Sundash or Ergoline?
I found out the hard way they're not compatable.
