SalonTouch InHouse Credit

I am having difficulty activating the inhouse credit. The option to have it turned on and useable is checked off, but when I try to go to register and apply the inhouse credit as a payment method, it is not even highlighted or able to be clicked on. Any help on how to activate the In House Credit for the Salon Touch? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

You can't just have it on for everyone. You have to allow each and every individual a certain amount (whatever you pick) to be able to have it.

I guess this prevents staff from giving stuff on credit, not sure.

Just go into the person's account and under "account' tab click on it. Then activate how much you will allow them to use.

If your not worried, you could give the staff authorization in their security clearance to change it when it is needed. Once this is done, when that client is in the register, the button will show.
