Is it SunTouch or T-Max Problem? - TanToday - Helping Salon Owners, One At A Time, Since 2000!

My MagicTan is not connected to my T-Max Manager. It is set up on SunTouch as #9 room. When we click on SunTouch to clear bed for the MagicTan, room #1 cuts off. I'm not sure why this is happening Anyone have a clue?

It doesn't show anything on The Manager. I have 1 - 8 rooms on the Manager. We set the MagicTan on the T-Max in that room.

Was this working before?

The booth must be connected in the daisy-chain so that the T-Max Manager can communicate with it. Your T-Max Manager will control up to 64 rooms.

The MagicTan is not connected to the daisy chain. We set it in the room & we set it on SunTouch (just to show they used the package). So SunTouch shows that it needs to be cleaned & when we click on room 9 on SunTouch to show it's clean, room 1 bed cuts off.

I re-read your original post (hey give me a million reads I will eventually under stand:-).

So it seems that when you click bed 9 in Suntouch is effects bed 1, correct?

If that is right, this will be a Suntouch problem. If you click bed 1 in Suntouch, does bed one start?
