| I can't believe no one has had issues with this yet...ok...the issue is the VersaSpa receives codes the way you would send time to a regular tanning bed 1-52, well when you send the code to the VersaSpa, the T-max counts down seconds (never seen this before) so if you are to send say code 40 the timer counts from 40 to zero and then the bed goes dirty. The problem is I keep getting an error about the timer reading different from the time sent, I'm assuming because by the time the bed gets the code down the daisy chain a couple seconds have already counted off the time and it gives me an error in Helios. It also doesn't take away a session from their account in Helios. Anyone else have this issue or have any insight into how I can go about fixing it??? Helios said it was a T-max issue and Applied Digital balked at the thought saying it was a Helios problem. And between phones calls and finger pointing I haven't gotten my problem resolved.

Like I stated before I think the reason for the timer reading to be different is that the seconds count so fast that the communication line cant keep up. I think it may be a helios issue. The timer seems for all intensive purposes tol be working correctly. __________________ "Courage, sacrifice, determination, commitment, integrity, heart, talent, guts, and beauty. Had to remove delay completely, setting Manager Pro for Infinite Delay, from the system, and only alow start from the room 3A timer, if in fact there is one for tehh unit. NOTE: This WILL effect the delay start, or lack of, for the whole salon. As far as Helios norb subtracting session, can you take a scren shot of the individual Sales code setups, and opost it. might be easier than trying to describe line by line. |

If the T-Max can start the session and Helios is just not doing the subtract tanning session thing, this will be a Helios issue. We don't know anything as far as taking away sessions in the software.
