| Moderator | Anyone with Helios that has had this problem can can assist in fixing. We lost electric today and when we came up, my Helios says it cannot find the time server. I have shut down came back up, but still will not let me in. HELP!!

If it is the workstation, power down the workstation and reboot the server. Let the server come up first then power the workstation. Sometimes you have to reboot the workstation several times. Helios is not the great on finding and keeping connections |
