| Hall of Famer | We are wiring up another room with a 220 for my open sun. The guys shut power off and had to move a breaker to make room for the other in the panel After everything was finished they turned the power back on and the neighboring bed whose breaker had to be replaced (t.a. Catalina) isn't showing a zero on its 3a screen. The bed does have power supplied to it because you can open up the ballast tray and flip it on and off in there. My thought was maybe in the process of shutting off power perhaps there was a surge and that 3a was damaged. I know its rare that happens but its actually happened before except I had an error code across the screen that time. Adi isn't open till tomorrow, any thoughts? Thank you in advance |

| Moderator | Is the 3a mounted in the wall? Where does the 3a get power from? If 3a is mounted in wall or not, pull it out of the mounting and check voltage to it. It sounds like you're not getting any power to the 3a. __________________ . |

I think I sent you the instructions before on how to set that timer up on T Max but if you need it again then let me know. |

TA beds are 120 volt with a neutral so if she has delta service and red legged the bed then it sent over 200 volts to a 120 volt transformer thus also overvolting the timer. |

If the chip is standard in the TA timer (which I think it is) you could swap the time chip too but it doesn,'t matter if it is higher since it is all controlled by the software. Just make sure you move the breaker off of the red leg. |
