Default Manager Broken?

Recently I bought a new Manager for a New Tanning Salon that I will open next week in Chile.

When I probe it in the new computer, it not recognizes the manager.

I probe it in other salon and change my old manage for a new manager and the Helios Software throw me this message “ not connecting properly “ also the manager stars making some stronght noise but the time of the session is showing in the T-Max.

Then I probe the old manager in the new computer and it recognize immediately.

I deduce that the new manager is broken.

It is correctly? Can you help me? Is there anything that I can do?

Please I need help

Thanks in advance.

When you apply power to the new T-Max Manager, what do display's 7 and 8 show? Can you install ADNET2000 and see if it communicates with the T-Max Manager?

Default Manager

Kevin, when I apply power appears the numbers 1,2 , 3,4,5,6,7 and 8 one in each display then a noise with only dashes (lines), then only the numbers 0 and ffice:smarttags" />40 in the last two display, then a noise with and then finally dashes.

I install the Adnet 2000 and didn’t communicate.

Well, it the old manager communicates on this computer but the new one won't, then it's a bad manager. Contact your dealer for a replacement.
