Default Manager

I really disorient, confuse .I don t know what can I do.

I change with my dealer tree Manager in 10 days and I need to open a new salon this Monday.

I m sure that the problem doesn’t the cables.

I m sure that the problem doesn’t the software.

In my old salon all is function correctly. I change only the manager, I put the new manager inside the old installation (computer, software, cables) and the Helios doesn’t recognize this manager and recognize perfectly when I put the old manager.

Can you connect to the T-Max Manager using ADNET 2000?

Default Adnet 2000

Kevin, thanks for your fast response

fficeffice" />>>

I did this test.

In my old salon (computer, manager, cables, etc) I use the Adnet2000 and I saw all the activity of the beds, the status.

I change and I put in the new manager ( with problems) , then I start the Adnet 2000

And appears this.

Comms Retry timeout101

Comms Retry timeout101

Comms Retry timeout101

Comms Retry timeout101

Comms Retry timeout101

Comms Retry timeout101

…………………………..

>>

And then appears “Connection Lost”

>>

Do you know what s happens?

>>

Thanks again!!!
