| Veteran Join Date: May 2005 Location: Texas Posts: 481 | I've been using SunEase for 15 years. Upgrades are very resonable and the program is very easy to use, tracks everthing, reports are excellent and there are no monthly fees for support because you rarely need support. |

They offer a monthly fee for tech support calling but once you buy the software its yours forever. Most will sell you a non-exclusive right to use for a fee and will also have either a monthly/annual support agreement or offer support on a call basis. I stand to be corrected but I understand that SunTouch also charges a fee for program upgrades. Helios does not have an upfront license fee. They provide their software free from this upfront license fee and offer a monthly support agreement that provides ongoing program upgrades at no additional cost. While the Monthly Software Maintenenance agreement is in force the user is also entitled to free Technical Support.
