Is it possible to just attend the Advanced user training at the Regional training in Atlanta on Sept. 27th or do you have to attend both days? Also is there a charge if you have a support plan?

It would have been possible to attend just the Advanced day BUT unfortunately these trainings have been cancelled due to a lack of response.

Are trainings offered pretty regularly? If so, how do I find out about them?

I have been trying to log into gohelios.com for months and keep getting "log in failed". I have called several times for support on this issue and keep being told that it's the site and to keep trying. Grrr.

I have a meeting late this week with Helios Management. The Regional Training schedule for the next few months is one of the topics for discussion.

Not aware of any issue with the Helios Website ... just went to it and logged on to the Partners section with no problem (the partners section would no reflect anything about Training ... just reacting to your comment).

Helios is planning to significantly update their site early in October.
