T-Max interface with Intellitan Timers - TanToday - Helping Salon Owners, One At A Time, Since 2000!

I can't quite figure out why some of my tanning beds will communicate with the T-max Manager, and others will not. I have 10 beds daisy chained together. some use T-max 3A's and other use 1A's and Others use Intellitan. The Daisy Chain bit works just fine throughout them all. However, when I send the "Auto Detect" or "Auto Start" from the T-max Manager, 2 of my Intellitan beds, won't do anything, and then that throws all the rest of my beds off 2 from the timer. (so when i put in for bed 4, it goes to bed 6) What do i do? The parameters are set correctly in 27, but it still doesnt work. Help!!

Does the T-Max Manager see all your tanning beds? If you use the T-Max Manager manually (without the computer) does every bed work?

If so, close your tanning software and load the ADNET 2000 Software that came with your T-Max Manager. Does it work?

Try calling our office (417-272-0761) and ask for Bob (I'm in Nashville at the trade show right now). We will see if we can help you further.
