Default Manager

Kevin

I’ve been having a little problem for a long time, the problem was with the manager, this problem could be solved just restarting the manager and it just kept working. But now that thing of restarting the manager doesn’t work, and it takes even two hours till the manager starts working right again, the problem we have is that suddenly the manager starts making the ERROR sound and the displays show random numbers like 1-2-3-4-5-6, etc they also turn on and turn off, what worries me the most is that none of the numbers showed on the displays corresponds to an Error number specified in the catalogue.fficeffice" />>>
Can you help me with this? Has this happened in the past with some other customers?

Thanks in advance.

Sounds like either the power supply is going bad or the Voltage regulator in the manager may be developing a problem. Try another power supply to power the T-Max Manager and see if that fixes the problem.

First of all thanks for answering so fast, continuing with the problem, I tried another manager in this tanning saloon and it had the same problem.>>

My electrician analyzed this and found that the mass levels are in 1.8 and he says that it must not be over the 0.8 level. Could this be the cause of the problem?>>

When you say that I should try another power supply, you mean that I should try an external power supply or the manager has one internal that could be changed?>>

Thanks again.>>
