I was just taking a look at the website.Am I wrong or can ANYONE order off this website???????

Though it appears not much is available

It does look like anyone can buy. I did not go through the entire checkout process so I don't know if they will confirm if you are a salon owner or not.

It really does not surprise me...........and the pricing is ver low.....
