I should have known that when it says "out of area", that must be Millenium calling. I guess I need to avoid all of those, even though one of them may be a client. Thanks for the help! |

I am glad that you like their product because you are one of the few. Good luck with them and you should make sure your customers are happy too, that is the main priority and if they are with those companies than that is great! ![]()

| The Evil Klown Join Date: Nov 2006 Location: Dallas, Texas Posts: 102 | Just got another call from them from a "Tony", I explained to him that I had already spoke to management about them calling and told him again "DO NOT CALL HERE ANYMORE" and hung up. He calls back and gets rude with me, so I hang up again. He calls back again from a different number and says "let me speak to the manager"... I said "I am the manager" he said "let me speak to the owner", ... I said "he doesnt want to talk to you either" and hung up again. I call the 1-800 number and spoke to Laura who is supposedly one of the mangers and told her what had happened. Right after I hung up with her, "Tony" calls back and says "You ****ing listen you little bitch, I dont know who you think you are" and I hung up before he got any further... I immediately called Laura back to let her know he called yet again, and that I was going to seek legal action against their company. |

What assholes. They should get jobs as bill collectors, they seem to have the same qualities. __________________

I wish I'd seen this post b4 i tried to contact them monday after a girl wanted painted black or somethng like that. i wanted to know a little about the product and pricing and if they could send out a few samples b4 i purchased. that pissed him off. he said they are the #1 bronzer and best advertised in the industry (really thats why ive NEVER heard of it). He said hed put me on a list and if im lucky theyd send me samples next mnth but that he looks out for people who spend money first. i understand looking out for ur customers but being a jack as* dsnt get new customers!!! i just said ok well thank u and he slammed the phone dwn lol! |

| Rookie Join Date: Jul 2008 Posts: 10 | Don't let them fool you...they are equally mean to existing customer that have spent thousands of dollars on there products. We were lied to...talked down to...and called everything imaginable. I suggest that no one have any dealings with them at all...but...if you have to carry any of their products...get them thru a reputable distributor such as All Hours. If you have any purchase directly from them...i can not stress how important it is to pay with a credit card only and never by check. |

By the way, we now have a recorder on our phone line, so now every time they call, I get name and company, and make sure I say very clearly "Do not call here again"... |

| Mojave Tan Join Date: Jul 2007 Location: Natomas, CA Posts: 786 | Unfortunately for all of us...businesses do not have to maintain a "do not call list" to other businesses. Some will if they are above board, but most do nothing with your requests. Log rudeness with the Better Business Bureau. You can do that on line. They must have a license to sell somewhere. |
