| I have to start off by saying HOLY F$%^&%G S$%T!!!! These people call non stop soliciting. I have told them over 20 times to stop calling. I have called their 1800 number twice to be taken off their list AND I have spoken to 3 different supervisors/managers, and was told "I will take you off our list personally", but here I sit still answering calls from these people. The one that called today, hung up on me when I said I wanted to speak to a supervisor (really pissed me off), so I called their direct number and spoke to the company head manager, and he was rude with me when I told him how pissed I was. I have already filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. Has anyone else had problems with this company??? |

The point is, if I am with a customer (we have skeleton crew here), and the phone rings, and interrupts me, and its those ass hats from Millennium, they have just wasted mine and my customers time. Or if I am explaining to a customer on how to do Mystic, I dont want to be interrupted by a bullshit phone call. |

Now they have to pay shipping to and back. After one or two times of this, they will get the message and quit calling you. |

| Moderator | I did the COD thing and also when they would call would just say "hold on" and put the phone down and go about my day. Eventually they hang up but at least i took up their time waiting for me. Sometimes I would let them sit then go back and say, hang on a second more, I just need to clean this bed and get this person in, then put the phone down again. It was fun! __________________ |

Business-to-business calls and faxes are not covered by the National Do Not Call Registry. |

Haven't heard from them in awhile. Of course you'd have to step away from the client to say that so they don't freak out. |

I have been dealing with this for over a year to the point that I actually have had people call me and say I am foolish and stupid for not buying their products. They told me I was wasting their time so I told them I will never buy their products and to not call me again and they are wasting their own time. I hung up and the guy actually called back and told me I needed professional help and I was psychotic!!!! Can you believe that?! I have called the receptionist every time they call me and I told her that I won't stop until they do. Her name is Laura and I know she is irritated so she told me the other day that the only solution she can think of at this point for the calls to stop is she was sending me a couple of free packets of lotion so that will put me as an active buyer in their system and that means only one person will have access to my info and that person will be told not to call me. She did say that after 3 months, the calls will start again because I will show back up as inactive. She said maybe at that point I will want to buy something and be put back in as active. I told her that even if their procuct made me sh** gold I will still never buy from them!! I was advised to call the Attroney General in Florida but they did nothing and said they have every right to harrass me so I will be calling the Atty.Gen here in MA. I was told they will take care of things so hopefully they will help. There are many other stories I could tell but I won't bore everyone! Something needs to be done with this company. I can't block their numbers because they show up as "unknown name and number" and I have customers that call from those numbers too.
