NO the truth did not come out. Dave just thinks he knows everything and prints what he wants just to make people think he knows everything;. We all know or the people who have been around for a while should know John did not sell the name to anyone. If he lost the name or if he just decided he could make it on his on under the name of JA does not matter. The product was never the same after it changed hands.

Dave is correct. If you do not renew your trademark then it can be made available for anyone else to scoop up. It has nothing to do with company contracts.
