It's crap. Use the high end lotion you sell in your salon. Easy.

Thumbs down Re: Maui Babe

Used it recently when I went canoeing... it was awful.

Maui babe...
oily... greasy mess
stained my bathing suit and tank top..
stinks.. smells awful...

Couldn't wait to shower it off.. was tempted to jump into the Charles River... which isn't very clean..

I have used it once..one day..one time...a customer went to hawaii for vacation and snagged me a bottle........once i got passed the look of it, it was ok...i used it that day, the only reason i didnt use it again was, it was very oily..seperated in the bottle, and i could not get it mixed up..it was new, i think the heat go to it...and it stained real bad......but it worked....my friend looked like she was from the islands when she was done...and she didnt complain about it rubbing off, she said it was no different than indoor bronzers.......

I've actually used it several times... gave it a fair shot and just can't get over the greasy feeling. Stained several items of clothing.. and while the smell fades.. it still isn't pretty.

Only once did I use it at tanning salon.. and that was in a stand up booth.. would never use on a bed, as I know it would damage the acrylic. It didn't give me any color... and stained the towel I used to wipe with prior to dressing.

I like the concept.. if they came out w/ a version that claimed to do all the original does.. yet wasn't heavy, smelled better and didn't stain my clothes.. I'd be willing to give it a shot. Smile.
