ETS won the suit. Look at old trade mags. to read the write up.
Yes but you're acting as if there's now some all-encompasing court order preventing anyone within the United States and its assets from selling ETS stuff online..

Take the product out of stores where it is visible to clients and the sales of that product will start to fade. People buy what they see at the salons......

I became a Premiere Salon with AG last year and my lotion sales are up 28%.

I sell all of the big 4 lines. And, I'm completely happy doing so.

Lotion sales are 30% of my total sales.

In my opinion, if you're seeing a lot of your tanners buying online... that means your prices are too high.

No, that means that the manufacturers and distributors are cutting the throats of the salon owner and selling the lotion to ther entities cheaper then what the salon owner can buy it for.

On line pricing is matching salon costs. There is no way for the salon owner to compete at those rates unless they sell it for no profit.

30% is much, much higher than me... congratulations on that.. and the reason I've taken to putting so much attention into our lotion situation lately is because I now have almost a year of data and the trend, for me, is clear:

While dollar-wise our lotion sales are going up, the PERCENTAGE of lotion sales in terms of revenue is going almost continuously DOWN...

If anyone hasn't looked at that for their own salon it might be worthwhile to take the time and look at your data..

We have a list of "Do Not Sell" from AGI, CT, DS, and SB. You would be surprised to see that many (majority) or internet sales are salon owners.

Yes some distributors are to blame but it is the salons or salon employees that are selling many of the products on line.
