Question Colors of Unity went bad quick?

I got a call from an employee yesterday stating that one of our clients bought a bottle of colors of unity back in April. The lotion stinks and it's green now. My first thoughts was it was not sealed well and left in heat. I've heard of DHA turning green after getting oxigenated but not non DHA products which i was under the impression CoU was.

I told them to offer her 50% off a new botte because it's been soo long and I don't think she should really get that much.

You don't discount employees lotions anyway?

We buy tons of Devoted Creation and Colors of Unity sells great.
No problems with that one
We did have a box of Trinity packets show up "green" and several bottles of Purity lose their scent after a couple of weeks in the store.
Sometimes I wonder how long it is sitting on the shelf at the Disty or if it was returned from another salon and then sent out again.

I always wonder that. If it's DC from CTS it's def old. They don't sell to CTS anymore.

I'll bet she left it in a hot car.

I'm w/Kathe...
Bet it was in a Hot car for a while.
Check the bottles on your shelf to compare.
