Cool anyone having problems with 4 bend acylics?

I have the hardest time with 4 bend acylics, wanting to break after a VERY short time of use. I have upgraded the acylics, they don't seem to last as long either. Is there a solution to premature breakage? It's very aggravating, because the cost is very high.

I need a 1 bend and another one with a curve and they want 3 arms and 6 legs for them...now c'mon...whats up with that???

I agree...I think they make them easy to break so we have to buy more..lol

4 bends seem to be very susceptible to cracking. If the acrylic is too thin, it just won't take the heat and pressure very long. There is nothing the owner can do to avoid the breakage, its a matter of manufacturing and poor design. Only an increase in thickness can resolve the problem.

I always get the .225 thickness for my replacement acrylics. Also when possible if I have a problematic bed I add additional supports that can be purchased from Four Seasons.
