The state of NH sent out 2,300 letters that should hit today. According to new state regulations, "any person, corporation, partnership, association, or other entity operating or intending to open or operate a tanning facility within the state of NH is now required to file a registration statement annually and is required to have staff certified by a state approved training program."

American Tanning Institute offers a State Approved program to help salons gain the required training and to learn more about the new rules.

Monday, May 2, 6-9 PM
Monday, June 6, 6-9 PM
Both classes offered in Kings Town, NH
$40 + registration fee ($3 to $5 depending on residency)
Fee includes training material and test.
