The one with the 400w ignitors, I had Tan America install the new kit. As everyone has said, now have problems with slooooooooooow lamp light. Wish I had been told before installing the kit that I needed to replace the ignitors. Tan America forgot to tell me. They did tell me that they would give me a 75% discount on the ignitors and pick up the labor cost of changing out the ignitors, but that was 3 weeks ago and still haven't heard or seen anyone (Billy) to do this. Mean while customers are complaining that they are not getting their full time, since the lamps are taking up to 2 min to light. Have talked to Sun Fabrications (Pano) , he keeps telling me that he will come and take care of it, but all I have gotten from him is promises also. ![]() |

The one that John is selling appears to be of a much nicer setup and higher quality then that of the TA version which is a real POS Jap trap. If you are thinking of retrofiting your Matrix with plug in lamps then look into John's kit. Otherwise leave the original wire lead setup in the unit. There seems to be issues with the TA kit and good thing it is summer and you got time to have your unit down while they blame the problems on everything else except that it is a real POS kit they are offering. I'm not saying that they won't maybe get it right someday but not today. |

These are the same old wire-lead lamps for the same old lamp sockets. Zzzzzzzzzzz.... Zzzzzzzzz ....... In addition to trying to get salon owners to continue to bear the brunt of additional lost profits in the form of the lengthy machine down-time needed to switch out wire-lead lamps, you're also boring the hell out of us. How about a little innovation on behalf of salon owners? Is there anybody out there? Hello? Hello? |
