I am in the process of filing suit against him for breach of contract. Am also checking to see if I can file charges for grand theft. ![]() Last edited by atouchofgold : 23rd June 2006 at 09:56 PM. |

Have had an ongoing problem for 7 months, regarding beds that Pano owes me. Also he sent me one bed without lamps, and the timer is defective, it won't work with the T-max manager. I've had that bed for over 1 1/2 months trying to get him to come and replace the timer. He has promised to come many times, and still has not made it. I talked to him while he was on way to the Vegas show, has promised me again. We'll see. In regards to Tan America, I had them install the new plug-in kit in one of the Matrix beds that I have. After installing the kit, it worked fine for about 2 weeks, then started to take up to 2 min for some of the lamps to light. Contacted Tan America and they asked me if I had one of the older Matrix beds. I told them yes (they should have known, I bought it from them). Then they inform me that I now need to install new ignitors, this means taking out the new kit to install the new ignitors and re-installing the lamps and reflectors. Did come to an agreement (I think) that they would take care of the labor portion in installing the ignitors. So I am ok with that. As far as my dealings with Pano go, that waits to be seen. |

They work worse than the old (USED) ISO lamps did you just took out. Pano has business problems with beds. But he is fine for lamps. |
