Default High Pressure Beds and Prices

I've read a lot on this forum regarding various high pressure beds - Magic, Opensun 1050, Mastersun, Matrix, etc. Could someone in the know please post their best estimate of the US and CAN current purchase prices? I'm looking to buy one in the next couple of weeks and this would be a great start.

Thanks,

I've already gotten 3 'call me' posts. I appreciate the quick attention, but would love a rough estimate in summary before I proceed with speaking to various suppliers.

thanks,

If you take any advice from me. Steve and I are the ONLY people in Canada that know how to sell HP to the end customer. We both own salons so we know what the tanning customer wants and needs.

Anyone else up here in the great white north...........well good luck.

Come on over to the island and give the mastersun a try. See for yourself.

I wasn't really intersted in the Mastersun to begin with (just wanted a price for comparison purposes) and I definetly am not interested if the person selling it is claiming that he and one other in Canada are the ONLY ones who know how to sell high pressure.

I recommend that you don't turn a blind eye to the Mastersun or Rob !! Rob has helped many individuals with his knowledge and experience not only with the mastersun but with HP in general.

You should be able to get any of them for about $35K + install & delivery. The Canadian dollar is petty much equal with the USD.

It is going to be about $35-45K new as Rob said -- it just depends which bed you are getting, who you are dealing with, etc.

Most of the manufacturers have "territories", so you aren't really going to be able to "barter" a lot anyway in terms of pitting one rep against another for the exact same bed.

However, you can talk to them, form a relationship, judge for yourself if you feel you are getting a straight scoop or "ripped off" and then, based on that, as well as how much you really WANT the bed they are selling -- make a decision.

Everyone has to make a living. The distributor isn't going to give it to you for their cost. But some give an awful lot for "free" in terms of their experience, willingness to help you be successful, etc. Others just sell you a bed. Depends what you want and need.

If you are just looking for lowest cost, I have 3 Matrix HP on repo - 2 360's, 1 Mattress (see my ad in the Trading Post - don't have pics of the L22 Mattress yet, but it is in very good condition like the L33 you see pictured). Save a bunch over new, but you won't get a new bed warranty. Just depends what you are trying to do.

Or....ask specific questions and we'll answer them on here. Otherwise, you can also do a search on HP on this forum, there's lots of info already. and i KNOW you know how to use the search function. The only thing is, instead of typing HELIOS in the little box, type up HP Beds.

I think this is your first post that isn't about Helios. Can we celebrate.?
