All of our doors open out but nowadays I don't think that meets code for fire laws...Anyhow, we do have one room where the door opens in. Always wanted to switch it to open out but not sure how. It is a good wood slatted door. I'm not parting with it.

If you have they are no longer obtainable.

I searched under your name:

Megasun
Mega V
Mega V Meter readings
Meter Readings
Mega V Standup
Mega v standup meter readings

and came up with zilch.

Just post 'em. Like you don't remember, or haven't metered it in quite some time.

Thanks. The search doesn't find TSO stuff. I think that post is that old now.

All my doors open in...so you don't clock someone in the head as they walk down the hallway.

As a level 1 and level 2 beds. I run vlr lamps for level 1 beds at 15 minutes, and people love them. LEvel 2 are the maga max with 160 VHR in top. These beds have very strong meter readings for a lower level bed. NOW, I will say that I would not use any Mega Sun bed for higher levels, prefer the German stuff. I have always gotten great customer service from them. I would recomment Mega Sun over any other American manufacture. I like the all metal construction.

I have two sides to my salon the smaller side has the doors opening out, the biger side has them opening them in. Customers could careless, I had some really tight rooms, like 6'6 x 8, so I had to. It isn't code, but WTF. Better to ask for forgiveness than permission, and you do not need a building permit to put a new door in.

TIP: when buying a new door they will ask you what swing do you want. An old carpenter told me a trick, put your butt against the hinge side and swing whichever arm you would need to, to replicate the way you want it to swing. I.e butt against the side where I want the hinge one arm is in the room one in the hall. which ever arm is the way you want it to swing, that is the "SWING" of the door LH or RH

I had 8 Megasun Slimline standards. 28 lamps but 32 is more the norm. They looked virtually new after seven years.I replaced one after fan timer in that time. I didn't have the works in a drawer but you can get them that way. They will fit on a seven foot wall with room to spare.

That being said, if you are in a competitive environment, if you are selling upscale or a a wow factor then I would go with something else. These don't look bad, they have a nice clean look, but they are rather humble.

Normally you walk in a room. it's how people expect doors to work. Do you have a hallway? How would you like a door suddenly slamming into a passer-by? Yes, I don't think it meets code. 36 inch doors for ADA regs at least in my area.

Euro walls solves this problem by canting the doorways on the diagonal. Not sure if they are 36".

National code on doors to a room should push into the room in case there is a fire ,the fire department needs to kick in the door.
Once you move in you can do what you want. The only thing if opening doors outward is that the customer could possible open the door when someone is walking by and they smash the door into their face.
