Default TMax Timers and Bed Timers

So I have had a few clients tell me that the time turned off 1-2 minutes before it was supposed to...Example: In for 12 minutes and when they looked at the timer on the bed it would say 11 and turn off...Is there any way to reset them on the bed? Does this happen often?? I have ProSuns and Tmax Timers.

If you'd pay attention to the beds, you'd see that the time doesn't switch to a 1 until 60 seconds pass. if they are set for 12, they won't see the 12 or the might see it' for a few seconds.

the timer ain't gonna shut off at 13

it will stop after 11:59 seconds + 1 second.

T-Max are calibrated to be within 0.1 of a SECOND for each minute counted. Never an issue.

This client probably wants to use her week tanning from Friday to Friday also, total of EIGHT days!
