That's a negative Matt.....any and ALL mail that goes through USPS HAS TO HAVE AN ADDRESS. Name is not required as you can put "CURRENT RESIDENT"

The only way to get something to a house without an address in the USA is by getting someone to hand deliver them NOT through the USPS

Haha -- it was a challenge!! But everyone else probably just wants the more traditional palm trees or sunsets, so it'll be easy sailing!!

not sure what details are for this but

Enhance Carrier Route (ECR) rates with pieces dropped at Sectional Center Facility(SCF) as low as $0.135 per piece, Standard (Bulk) Rate, with Carrier Route Saturation.

Addresses still apply, not sure what the sorting requirements are either, and at what cost for mail house to provide.
