why didnt I see this thread the other day when I was asking about exactly what kathe is doing!

Some thoughts to add, I know my local coffee shop does this, (punch card) but they keep the cards there in a little box so no cheating, plus you can also do this wish stampers instead of a hole punch.

As a variation on Din's trick since I do points not sessions, is to offer one point per dollar spent - so a $90 lotion adds 90 points to their package. I normally offer it only when someone buys a points plan but occasionally I'll throw it out there to get the "I don't use lotion" people. They see something for free and go for it. I saw it here awhile back and tried it - it works! I'm going to look at the monthly idea too, looks good.

It's in the industry Pro's forum. You need to be an owner and have atleast 50 posts to gain entry. Once you hit 50, read the pro's forum notes and it will tell you how to get access.
