I like the idea of free tans with lotion purchase to get around the 10% tax.....can you think of any possible way this would be 'policed' by the Dems? (imo) the only way they can is to 'secret shop' you.....but as long as the bill states UV light services (which it does as far as I've seen) are being taxed, I think we're safe. Thoughts? Jason

We do have one article like that, which we ran last year, but it certainly warrants a follow-up, especially as more and more salons want to discuss the benefits of vitamin D.
