That was a good article. Wish I had seen it 3 years ago. If Grandma knew what I did she would come after me with a big switch from that ole oak tree which the bank may own soon.

Terri, Could you explain the difference of leasing vs. loans? Should someone always secure a $1.00 buy out? What are some of the things that a new salon owner should watch for?

How should a new salon owner present their materials to a lender?
