Knowing how to best utilize every inch of your lease space can be very difficult. You have some ideas of what you want your salon to look like but getting it drawn out so your contractor knows exactly what you want and how to incorporate it with where doors, plumbing and electrical must be located can be quite a task. There are many ways to get a demographic report, but sorting through the numbers to get to the information that is pertinent to the success of a tanning salon can also be quite difficult. If you have decided to open a new tanning salon, you can send me the address of the location you are interested in along with the dimensions of the space and location of the doors, pluming and electrical panel and I will pull a custom tanning salon demographic report, and design a floor plan created on a CAD program that will best utilize every inch of the space. You can also send any design ideas you have. I will provide these documents FREE to any potential new salon owners. Please send your request to my email address. Please include your name and contact information. These documents are just two of the steps that will get you on your way to opening your new salon. Because creating these documents are very time consuming, I ask that the floor plan only be requested by people that are planning on opening a new salon. If you are an existing salon owner or thinking about buying an existing salon I will be happy to send you a demographic report FREE. |

It is just an offer no strings attached. If anyone has requested and received a report would you please post if there where any strings attached. |

Back off, BigLeo. Your sarcasm isn't needed here. If it was an attempt at humor, it wasn't a very good one...............

I'm not looking to get rich, my husband and I own a pressure washing company and he works a full time job but I do want the salon to survive and profit a little bit. Also, how many beds can you fit into a 1440 sq. ft. salon? SLB200129@aol.com |

Approx 10-12 beds comfortably with storage/laundry room and washroom. Again depends on what type of beds you are getting. __________________ ![]() www.ChronosMarketing.com ____________________________________________ SOME PEOPLE ARE LIKE SLINKIES. Depending on what type beds you use, you can get 10 to 12 base beds. If you have large VHR's or High Pressure Beds, you wouldn't be able to get in as many. |

Run your own demographics that are based direct Census or Census Bureau adjustments, the US Census Bureau does not have a "dog in the fight", leasing agents do. Good luck, Tom

I was a skeptic at first, thinking that there would be strings attached but took him up on his offer for demographics and I believe even a floor plan (I can't remember because it was over a year ago). Anyway, the information Steve provided (for free), subsequent emails and conversations with him, as well as referrals from happy clients convinced me to use Steve as my consultant. We agreed upfront that I did not have to buy equipment from him. His services are not free and I did not buy my equipment from him, however, I do not regret engaging him as my consultant. He provided valuable information, advice and assistance early on. I definitely recommend Steve (unless you are going to open a salon near me!). Last edited by mstnt : 24th January 2007 at 11:17 AM. |
