A while back I came across a great example of a tanning salon employee manual. It was really detailed. I can't find it anymore...does anyone know where I can get one?

OMG. You own a business, but cannot come up with your own set of rules/regulations?

Employee Manuals are very important. It is OK to start with a template, however your manual should represent how you want your employees to function in your salon. It should be followed exactly and be the consistent source of transferring information. If you don't have an up to date employee manual, it is time to produce one.

The manual should include UV meter stuff too... if anyone understands how to do that!
