| Moderator | People will come to a new salon because it is new. No reason to the be the cheapest along with it. You should have specials for the new clients only and maybe a grand opening special but that is it. Be competitive in pricing. Dont play the price war game. If you have great equipment, quality staff, clean facilities, you shouldnt be the cheapest. Remember, being the lowest doesnt guarantee clients. Keep your staff well trained and keep the place clean. Change your lamps often. If you do that, and keep your prices up, you will make it. ![]() |
