| Hello All, Just recently purchases an exsisting Salon with 6 beds. Been a great experience thus far. I believe its time for a lamp change in all of the beds. I just recieved my Light intensity meter in the mail but I have nothing to compare the reading to. The lamps are Interelectric Phoenix Super Sun SS71/BP and SS59/BP. Anyone have a reading I can go by? The beds are PerfectTan Professional BF321's. Also, When I re-lamp, any suggestions on what to put in these beds for good performance and longevity? Any feedback would be much appreciated Best, Chris Sunsational Tans on High www.wctans.com |

If in doubt, and you are....just relamp. Meter them new and record, meter them at 50 hours and record. The 50 hour mark will be the number you use as your baseline. (can be a large drop the first 50 hours so they say to use the 50 hour number) I replace lamps when they get to about 75% of the 50 hour number. The solarmeter 7.0 is a good meter to have in your pocket as well, probably a more popular one now. RonnieT. myspace/racetan Steve could chime in and swamp us with info here... |
