NEvermind. I was going to say a whole lot more but decided against it. You obviously know way more than I do about this industry.

We gave you our advice and you still dont listen. YOu dont give the full information in order for us to really help. But you are so hell bent on how great this is, then go for it. I wish you much success.

You be cranky today my Queen.

What's he got to lose? He's got money, cheap rent, can possibly get the place for a nickle...

He just need to get some Ts crossed and Is dotted with the landlord.

Hey, I am all for anyone willing to throw money away!

I am cranky cuz I hate when people come on here, give half information, get answers they dont like, defend their ideas and say we have NO clue what we are talking about. I really dont give a shit anymore. I think it is a dumb idea based on the information you have given.

Again, good luck.

Why is crazy/all over the map Palm's better? I think he's full of it. Last time he posted, he had a location for his own...what happened there?

I don't think it's a dumb move at all. It's pretty much free with cheap rent. Your issue was the electric, so if that's covered, why isn't it a good idea?

I'm still wondering what kind of beds there are. That makes a big difference I would think. If they suck then you will have to spend the money to replace them. If they are good then you'll just need to change the lamps.

I think this is the third time I've asked. What kind of beds are they? If you don't know then you really need to, it would be stupid to buy ANY tanning salon without knowing what you are buying.

So I am cutious as to when you will be going in to the salon to find out what is happening there on a day to day basis... oh and while you are there check out the AC and power up all the beds and meter them.... maybe the beds are ok and still in good condition...so that might save a few bucks... check out how much stock there is so you can work out how much you need to bring in... Good luck and all the best...

Yes, we REALLY need to run the reports and find out what beds we're working with...or not.

Well yes, but we ALREADY own salons. I hate when I have pants on with no pockets and I have to put it in my bra.

THe bed question has been asked several times. I asked him to clarify on how many there are too. Since one post it was 8 beds, then the next it was 8 beds 3 stand up. Which is it?

If the beds are not paid off, and the landlord is using them without paying for them because of the previous owner is on the paperwork, it is theft. The leasing company could come in and take them all back. Then what?

His report of demographics are so vague it isnt even funny. Some actual details might provide some insight as to why TWO previous owners in 3 years have failed and the landlord is now failing.

*Dont even bring up meters! This guy hasnt a CLUE about that yet! He doesnt even know what the beds are...
