Could be the lack of signage that the place is doing shitty. Or that it looks like a steakhouse/barn/saloon

Here's some nicer stained concrete:

Probably not if the landlord pays. Otherwise he'd have his own panel. It's probably all on one big one.

Shelly, I saw that but he's closed on Sundays. How long does it take???? He can have it done Saturday evening. Those beds are probably light as feathers.

Ok, so if he doesnt have a panel in the store, what happens if a bed blwos up? I have had to go to the panel many times to flip a breaker or what not to restart things or shut them off to relamp or work on them. If the panel is all the way in another store or utility room someplace, that isnt good. If he has access then so does everyone else. WHat if some other tenant decided to be an ass and shut off breakers for shits and giggles?

This shared shit is scaring me...

See how good questions come from brainstorming?!?!?

That was a very good one, Sakura. Very good one to go to the landlord with.

hill98, are you realy interested in the tanning industry or you just became intersted because you came across this supposid good deal? You would be smarter to take your money and look for something completly different. that area is over saturated, equipment is junk, landlord fishy, this is a bad decision to buy this salon.

Vegas is suffering more than ever now and getting hit the hardest due to the recession. Several major builds are being put on hold and land value plummeting.

All the girls i know are still paying to tan her in town...and they are all going to this salon i want to buy.

Let's experiment here. Just buy the place and see what happens. It is 50/50 if we are right or wrong so just roll the dice and go for it.

Please report back to us what the results are.
