Armed Robbery at Tanning Salon

Wednesday, April 25, 9:45 a.m.
Police in Wilkes-Barre are investigating an armed robbery at a tanning salon Tuesday evening in the city.

Two men went into the Copa Catana salon on South Main Street about 6:30 p.m.

One of the men had a knife. They took money from the register and ran out of the shop.

There were workers and clients in the salon at the time. No one was hurt.

I used to live in Wilkes Barre. WOW, crime is everywhere now.

I am from up that way as well, don't they know tanning salons don't make any $$$ anymore??? Stupid thief, better off knocking over a liquor store.
