Police: BJU Student Accused Of Tanning Bed Voyeurism

GREENVILLE. S.C. -- Police arrested a man Sunday who they say stood on a chair and took photographs of a woman inside a booth who had undressed to use a tanning bed.

Investigators said they were called to the Planet Beach on Pelham Road after the after the 22-year-old woman called and said that while she was undressed and applying tanning lotion, she looked up and saw a camera phone being held over the top of the booth. She stalled the man in the store until police arrived.

Police said Bryan Scott Bice Jr., 21, told them that he had climbed up on a chair and had taken several pictures of the woman.

Bice, whose address is listed as Johnson Residence Hall at Bob Jones University, was charged with voyeurism.
