Ultimate Presidential Suite – Cascades (ITA Suite)
Are you considering an Ultimate Large Suite but need more space? This year ITA is offering one lucky company the opportunity to reserve ITA’s Ultimate Presidential Suite for the duration of the Expo (available starting October 9, checkout by October 15). This suite measures approximately 2,030 square feet compared to the Ultimate Large Suite’s 670 square feet, and it is perfect for entertaining a large number of guests, with an approximate capacity of 80 people. The suite contains a large wet bar, sitting area, king size canopy bed, whirlpool, and a view of the Cascades. The cost of this suite is a flat rate of $6,000 for up to six nights of occupancy. Connecting bedrooms are available at the group rate of $184 per night plus applicable taxes.

Ultimate Presidential Suite - Cascades
The other Ultimate Presidential Suite in the Cascades section of the hotel, this suite contains a large wet bar, sitting area, king size canopy bed, whirlpool, and view of the Cascades. Approximate capacity: 80 people. Size: approximately 2,030 square feet. Rate: $3,000 per night plus applicable taxes

Ultimate Presidential Suite – Magnolia-Bi-Level
This unique suite is located on two floors connected with a spiral staircase. The suite contains a wet bar and king size canopy bed. There is a sitting area on Level 4 of hotel and bedroom on Level 5 of hotel. Can connect on first level to Double/Double and on the second level to one King and one double/double (any connectors are additional at group rate of $184 per night). Approximate capacity: 60 people. Size: approximately 1950 square feet. Rate: $3,000 per night plus applicable taxes

Ultimate Large Suite
Contains a wet bar and overlooks the Garden. Must be rented with at least one connecting room (either a king or double/double) with possibility to connect to another room. Approximate capacity: 40 people. Size: approximately 670 square feet. Rate: $421.50 per night plus applicable taxes (includes one connector)

Ultimate Medium Suite
Contains bay windows overlooking the Garden and a large wet bar. Must be rented with at least one connecting room (either a king or double/double) with possibility to connect to another room. Approximate capacity: 35-45 people. Size: approximately 559 square feet. Rate: $409.00 per night plus applicable taxes (includes one connector)

Ultimate Small Suite
Contains a small wet bar and has a Garden view. Must be rented with at least one connecting room (either a king or double/double) with possibility to connect to another room. Approximate capacity: 30 people. Size: approximately 500 square feet. Rate: $359.00 per night plus applicable taxes (includes one connector)

Exterior Large Suite
Features an external view and a wet bar. Must be rented with at least one connecting room (either a king or double/double) with possibility to connect to another room. Approximate capacity: 60 people. Size: approximately 830 square feet.
Rate: $396.50 per night plus applicable taxes (includes one connector)

Exterior Medium Suite
Features an external view but no wet bar. Must be rented with at least one connecting room (either a king or double/double) with possibility to connect to another room. Approximate capacity: 35 people. Size: approximately 600 square feet.
Rate: $359.00 per night plus applicable taxes (includes one connector)

Interior Colonnade Suite
Interior view, contains a large wet bar, must be rented with at least one connecting room (either a king or double/double) with possibility to connect to another room. Approximate capacity: 35-40 people. Size: approximately 600 square feet.
Rate: $212.25 per night plus applicable taxes (includes one connector)

Exterior Colonnade Suite
Exterior view, contains a large wet bar, must be rented with at least one connecting room (either a king or double/double) with possibility to connect to another room. Approximate capacity: 35-40 people. Size: approximately 600 square feet. Rate: $177.25 per night plus applicable taxes (includes one connector)

* Any additional connecting bedrooms for suites will be available at the standard room rate of $184 per night single/double plus applicable taxes.

Dear Colleague:

We look forward to welcoming you to Nashville this October 11-14 for the
2007 ITA Tanning World Expo.

We are in the process of compiling suite requests for the upcoming Expo so
we can assign suites. Attached you will find a list of the suite types
offered at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center along with
descriptions of each suite type, estimated sizes and capacities, and
nightly room rates. As was the case last year, suites will only be
assigned to companies that have reserved exhibit space for the Expo.

If you wish to request a suite this year, please send your request via
email to itaexpo@smithbucklin.com by Friday, August 24. If you have
already submitted a suite request directly to the hotel, please resend
your request to itaexpo@smithbucklin.com so we can be sure your request is
processed accordingly. Your suite request email needs to contain the
following information:

- your company name
- the name under which the suite will be reserved
- the type of suite you wish to reserve
- the anticipated arrival and departure dates of the suite holder
- your complete contact information

We will review all suite requests and will then confirm to you whether we
are able to accommodate your suite request. We will provide the hotel with
a list of companies and persons authorized to book which suites, so you
can finalize your suite reservation with the hotel. The Gaylord Opryland
will not process suite requests unless they have been approved by ITA.

Please note that we have a limited number of each suite type. As it is
possible that we may not be able to accommodate your ideal choice of suite
type, please indicate your first, second, and third choices for suite type
in your email. It is our intent to begin assigning suites immediately
after the August 24 suite request deadline, so in order to be considered
in priority point rank order, you will need to submit your suite request
no later than Friday, August 24. Requests received after August 24 will be
accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on
availability.
