What the hell does color have to do with it? It's not COLOR CANCER it's SKIN CANCER as in if you have SKIN you can get SKIN CANCER.

I have a customer who had that exact same type of skin cancer on her leg a year ago. Her doctor told her it had nothing to do with sun exposure and she could continue to tan.
