For the last several years I have rented out a bar, food, drink and hire a DJ. We draw names and I give everyone of my employees something. Top 5 employees get a bonus as well as my GM. |

| All Star Join Date: Nov 2004 Posts: 122 | We close shop on a Sunday evening and my employee's vote on the place to eat, and drink, and I foot the bill. I buy presents for all my employees, plus they do a gift exchange between them. Last year I gave everyone a bonus check, however this year I will give all 3 managers a bonus depending on what there stores figures was, and I will also bonus my highest seller from each location.
