Above I put a C or a P for both the HW and the TT so one can compare.

The trays and the kits they sell you at the Dentist such as Zoom and Nupro Gold (dentist charges $350.00) http://www.dentist.net/whiteningtrays.asp

And these are only up to 15% active ingredients.. the TT and HW are stronger.

We would make a mint with a michine that does it like someone above said. I could use my spray room in between. Would be awesome. Where to get such a thing and how much? Or should we just settle fo the TT and HW?

Soo,

If you can get a dentist to order it ZOOM! is only bout $3500 investment.

There are some others you can google teeth whitening systems. You may want to check out any health Regs first. ADA may have licensing protocols to protect the dentists. not sure.

will try to findthe system I was looking at for you. IT is a HID lighting device i a very sleek looking device. It looks a lot like the Zoom! device in fact.

Isn't it amazing that we are talking about spending up to $5K for a device that is scientifically kown to have a negligible effect on the peroxide just so we can charge $300+ for a procedure that "Looks" like a medical procedure even though it is not much different from a dental whitening tray? Everything is in the presentation and what the client feels comfortable with spending money for...

Here is a discussion page of many of the in office whitening procedures available. This page also has information regarding pricing and also a discussion about whether or not they even have an effect other than marketing.

Take a look.

The Zoom II system is more like 29K to purchase as my dentist has already done so.

Latest update:

I now have pricing and a source for salons that are interested in the "Beyond" whitening system.

This is a PRO system with great representation. The system is priced at $5K Add another 1-3K for supplies for you first 25-30 clients.
and you can see that at $300/ client you can pay for the system in about 25-30 clients...

try that with a base bed!.!>! for the same money!

Pm me if you want more information about the Beyond White system.

I have had the Beyond WhiteSpa tooth whitening system since Dec 1. I have never had a piece of equipment deliver so much client satisfaction. The machine paid for itself and was profitable in less then 2 weeks. Any one that wants more info on this pm me. This opens up new clients for us. Husbands will buy sessions for wives who have never been in to our stores. Sisters and brothers of existing clients have bought whitening sessions. For info pm me

Well I got busted a couple months ago. I sell Twilight Teeth but under the counter I had Crest White Strips and was using them when a customer saw the wrapper on my desk. BUSTED! She asked why I don't use the twilight Teeth. I just explained I was comparing them to see what worked better. I'm interested in the machine also. I would definately like more information on this as I am trying to go the Spa direction and think it would be a great service to add to the salon.

The Beyond unit...Now Marketed as the NaturalWhiteSpa unit is by far the most professional of the units. Results have been fantastic. And NO SENSITIVITY.
Sesnsitivity is due to too high of peroxide levels..and with the 480-520 nm light...you just don't need to fry them to get fantastic results.

Questions:

Are there any new developments in this area?

Could the Beyond kits be used with a Zoom device?

Thank you

Why is the Beyond device $5K but the Zoom is only $2K?

I have a proffessional whitening system in my salon and do a proccess called Spa White. We bought it at the show last year and have been very satisfied. As a matter of fact i was a distributor for a whole couple of months but we all know running a tanning salon takes most of your time. But basically i sell this whitening process, and twilight teeth. They are obviously two different price ranges... but i have had great sucess with both. we charge 200 regular price for the proffessional process.. it takes about 30 mins and the entire staff can be trained to do it ... it takes up very little space. ... and there is very little to no tooth sensitivity and usually there is some gum sensitivity that goes away in a matter of 10 to 15 mins... i also have this process at 25 percent off for eft members... soo i would say on average i do abouttt 3 a week sometimes as many as 5..... actually i have had one saturday that i did 5 in one day ... great for the vacationer or wedding people.... soo basically this unit cost 7500 for the initial set up but comes with marketing pieces and initial inventory that will make u about 900 in the profit once it is all sold... after that your investment consists of 64 bucks a kit and we pay 20 commision soo you still make a good 100 percent profit... great confidence booster on a not so great day such as today... i have already done one whooo hoooo........ anyways .. let me know if you have any questions ill be glad to help out i actually still have two units in my inventory that i can sell..... www.whitescience.net this product also comes with an upkeep product i have done 500+ whitenings with this product between my salon, shows, and demos and had no dissappointments
