There are no special licenses needed in FL, but to verify for any area, the place to check would be the health department. Good luck to you!

I saw a gal used it, and she was a smoker... she looked better afterwards, mos def! She went from that booth to the other whitener there (the gooseneck one) and they told her she was light enough already and didn't need the treatment.
