I took a well needed vacation over the weekend and I was scared to death leaving the salon to my parents and employees. I get back and the salon is still standing so that was a good start. The average sales were also very nice considering the weather we got over the weekend.

I owe my parents a great deal for what they help me with. It's nice to be able to trust people to run the salon. They are near 60 and managed to learn salon touch in only 7 months!

They did manage to throw away some window clings that I JUST ordered though!

Vacation?
I think all we have gotten to do is get away for a night here and there.
When we had access to the house at Lake Berryessa (inlaws) we were gone almost every weekend but since then Berryessa is no longer a "resort" no more wakeboarding, free room, and babysitter.
My 10 yr a anniversary (marriage not salon)is coming up I have got to make an effort to go somewhere... and not try and figure out how to make it a tax write off

It's just nice to know that I can leave the salon during busy season if I need to.

I went to Aulstralia for 2 weeks in May two years ago, the height of the prom season here for me, everything went well, salon $s where great! it is possible its all about the preparation, my boyfriend was at the salon every night after work checking up on the girls but he isnt Helios savvy

Yeah i WAS thinking that, but it was a once in a lifetime opportunity to go to Aulstralia and stay for free, my friend was living over there for studies so I bit the bullet and went
