well I started work on the database. I mentioned before I beleive that the DB in salon touch may not be worked out the best it could be. While it is simple as heck to build a database, getting the relationships perfect and having the database planned out for the future is the biggest concern. If I'm up to it, I might start work on the datalogic layers this week. Once i get that part done, the fun part should begin which is the actual interface. My goal is to have a fully functional interface tweaked out before thinking about implementing any kind of timer support.

Reports will take me a while and I'd need help with some of the serious financials. Things salon touch doesn't do

I have what I think are some great ideas, but I will not share them on here.

I talked to Suntouch last week & was told they have a new version coming out in Oct/Nov this year that will make suntouch obsolete & it is $499. If I wanted to add another computer it would also be $499. Either way, I need to pay a 'transfer of ownership' fee of $50 to get any help from them on tech side. My program drives me crazy.
I have a HELIOS conversion program w/ the toggle key that I never utilized because they are IDIOTS, too. Maybe I need to sell it on here. Sitting in my office collecting dust!!

Just wanted to update. I talked with Rah in tech support and they are sending me out an upgrade today. So I'm happy with that.

Keep working though Mike! I'm rooting for you!

I checked out Helios a few nights ago. I must say I was not impressed at all by the way they have things set up. Almost makes salontouch look like gold.

I want functionality over looks, but looks are still important to me.

Where's our salontouch person at anyways?

Helios is the worst software AND company on the market. Stay away from them for sure. Sunlync is great....it probably does a million things that people are wanting but don't even realize that it's already out there.
