How can you airbrush someone in 5 minutes? I can't see it happening or it can't be good. That is what a salon near me, ad says. It take my technician at least 15 min.

I just got done spraying a girl and did it in about 5 minutes....depends on how good you are and honestly what size the person is you are spraying.

My techician is very good. I told her and she could not believe it. How many times you go over the person. Do you one spray or two spray the body?

I spray one time...I use the Norvell System....If you are using a smaller gun, that can make a difference. I know of another salon here that uses an airbrush mini gun to do spray tans and it takes them forever.

Then I guess 5 minutes is right. We spray everyone twice.

It takes me just under 5 minutes.

well, a true airbrush with countouring does take a long time, about an hour). we do a lot of swimsuit models that want that and they love it. i agree spraying someone in 5 minutes can be done if you are good and the person may be small, but we too add a second coat, so around 15-20 minutes plus drying.

with my hvlp gun, it takes me anywhere from 3-15 min depending on the size of the person and how well they take care of thier skin. I started using a darker solution and that helps with only needing to spray them once. I sprayed a guy last night that maintained his skin very well and it took 3 min and that was with me checking him over for about a min.

It takes me 15 min from start to finnish. It takes me longer to explain it than to actually do it

3-5 mins. here with hvlp. Back in the day of pen gun it was at least 20-25 mins.

Never got into the sculpting..

what are you including in the 15 min it takes your tec? it takes no more than 5 minutes to actualy do the spray for me or my tec, but the client is in the room anywhere from 15min to half hour, depending on undressing, if they are new, and explanation of how we will spray, drying time, some stay longer than others, and dressing.

oh and we have a pen gun. just crank it up so it sprays heavy and its done much faster. We use to have it turned way down, and then it would take 15 or more.

I have 2 spray rooms..Most people are in the spray room 15 minutes.. So while one person is drying I am in the next spray room doing another.. make more $$ that way..
